Had my consultation at Visage Merrylands with Emma and honestly it was such a refreshing experience. She was very genuine, easy to talk to, and made the whole appointment feel relaxed rather than clinical. What I liked most was that she actually listened. Instead of rushing through a standard explanation, she asked about my concerns and then walked me through the treatments in a really clear and honest way. I never felt pressured, just well informed. I have never had such great brows. Taylor is a one in a million young talent who is dedicated to her craft and has attention to detail for days. I got my whole face waxed at the same time which is not something a lot of technicians offer. Who knew the best brows in Sydney were right next door to me in Winston Hills! Can’t wait to come back :)

I had to cancel my appointment due to a professional reason but the manager Rita she booked me straight away within the 1 hour gap. What melt my heart that she kept her premises open for me 15 min extra so that I can make it. Her overservice has earned my respect and the dedication she has for her clients its clearly noticeable.
