Hi, Just a bit of feedback, I wasn't happy with a Trainee doing my hair. She burnt my scalp a couple of times and left my hair frizzy. I didn't mind her taking photos but I didn't really feel comfortable with her doing my hair too. Also we're at the sushi train now because we are both so hungry. I had a look and it said we were getting light refreshments and tea? Why did we not get offered this or been given a break so we could have something to eat? Other than that it was great day Diane and Simon

Amazing experience! Nova was amazing and caring, and so skilled! The best hair spa experience to date and the signature facial left my skin visibly different from beforehand. I was glowing and calm both inside and out.
