I had a shoddy BIAB manicure done elsewhere (serves me right) and where the polish was chipping off and splitting/breaking my nails well into the nail bed so my nails were already SUPER sensitive! Freya did a phenomenal job removing the biab gel gently and painlessly - you have no idea how much I appreciate this! Thank you so much Freya - I shall be back to see you 🙏🏻💓
