Really awesome experience today, getting my 4 year old's ears pierced for the very first time! They are so attentive and caring. Made for a very good experience. We love the certificate and stickers at the end too! My daughter didn't even flinch during the process by the way!

This place is always a great experience. The other day was my first time visiting as the person being pierced and I felt totally comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I got there a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time and they were still able to accommodate me, however if you’re there on a busy day, be prepared to wait for a while! Still service was great, and I have a piercing I’m super happy and excited about. Love the queer friendly spaces, and I was able to bring a buddy for emotional support - keep the good vibes going!
