I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to the other Lux location in Hamilton, but this was my first time at the Grimsby location. You’re welcomed with a hot hand towel which was lovely! I had my nails done by Emily, she was amazing. I loved how my nails turned out. Then I had my eyebrows done by Natalia, she is very experienced and knew exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back to this location!

Very friendly and professional. Took me in almost right away. Very pleased with my manicure. Anna did a beautiful job and did not rush through. The receptionist was extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend the Hamilton location on Rymal

Lux is hands down the best !! I have been coming here for years the service is the best hands down everyone is incredibly friendly, very accommodating with service and getting you in when needed and everyone is always amazing and very welcoming. Lisa hands down is amazing and so is all her amazing staff I highly recommend Lux in Hamilton or grimsby location !!!
