I met with Yulia to discuss eyebrow tattooing. She was so helpful and patient with all of our questions. Yulia really took the time to understand what I was wanting and helped me to understand the process and what to expect. I would highly recommend Yulia for anyone considering having their brows tinted or tattooed!
