Great service. Amazing haircut

My wife and I have been seeing Lauren for well over a year now for wrinkle treatments, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so lovely — friendly, down to earth, and always makes you feel completely at ease. Her treatments are really effective, she offers a two-week top-up as standard to make sure everything has worked perfectly — something not all providers do! It’s always such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I had a positive experience in general and very happy with my new haircut. My hair is wire-like structure and super thick. My hairdresser Yana was great, she asked all the right questions, showed references, explained all pros and cons of what I asked to do with my hair. Considering I got there unprepared and did not know what want. I don't usually go to hairdressers in the UK as service and skills are quite average for the price. I got to my appointment here with zero expectations but got very delighted with everything.
