I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Thank you x

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Such a lovely visit! The girls are so welcoming and chatty! I had two separate appointments for manicure and pedicure condensed into one for my convenience today. Nails stunning! I always get lovely comments from family and friends about how nice they look! I would definitely recommend the soak in petals, hot towels and hand massage after the manicure. There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive.
