Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. I will be continuing to book him in for future appointments. Thankyou so much . X

I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. I booked another appointment.

Stacey is great, the most loveliest person. Love getting my massages and always look forward to my next ones. Absolutely incredible treatment. Calling it a massage would be a disservice to the level of care and expertise I received.

I’ve been receiving weekly Swedish massages for the past four weeks, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. Belle has been absolutely amazing—her care, attention, and technique have made a huge difference in my well-being. Thanks to her, I’ve been able to stop taking my prescription medication for a bulging disc. Each session leaves me feeling completely relaxed, with noticeably improved mobility and a real sense of healing. I always walk away feeling 100% better. I’m deeply grateful for the care and professionalism Belle provides—she’s truly gifted at what she does!

Elle was absolutely fantastic. She was on time, the equipment was brilliant, the oil was nice and the music was great as well. I feel very relaxed after the massage.

Superb. Aaron is really friendly and has a really disarming demeanour, and gives a great deep tissue massage. Rather than just giving a painful pummelling, he gives a firm, genuinely focused massage that is just nice and targeted. That's then combined with wonderfully relaxing elements too. I loved it. Good value too If perfection is lots of little things done well, then this is that. Every element is thought through: long, wide table, nice oils complemented by ointments, free water. They're little details, but really appreciated. Check him out: an indy business doing wonderful things.

This Swedish massage was out fo this world. Needed to get back into my recovery and this was a just an amazing way to start. I was in a relaxation Utopia by the end of the session.

Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time.
