I have visited Pakapant twice now for Swedish massage and plan to return regularly. Pakapant will meet you out the front of her house and show you through to the massage room in the garden at the appointment time. She has a lovely calm manner and listens carefully to any specific areas that you would like her focus on. There is no pressure at all to return so this is good if you just want a one-off session, but if you are like me then you will want to go back for more! I am also pregnant now and Pakapant was happy to make any adjustments and make sure I was okay throughout 😊

Ruth did such an amazing job. I had a full body massage and a head massage at the end. Before going into the appointment, I had knots in my shoulders and neck which have been there for a long time. Ruth was very careful and soothed the knots very well, and it made me feel so much better. I came out of the massage feeling refreshed and physically relaxed, and my knots subsided ! Had my first sports massage with Ruth today, to address stiff legs from running and sore shoulders and lower back. I'd be lying if I said it was enjoyable 😅 but it was very effective and Ruth is lovely and super-friendly so I'll definitely return.

Ruth was so welcoming and quickly puts you at ease. I booked an Indian head massage due to neck pain. After examination Ruth also noted areas of my back where she felt the pain my be coming from so added these in to the treatment. I will be making another appointment soon.

One of the best massages I have ever had! Ruth listened to my problem areas and spent time and energy working on those. Firm enough to have great impact but not uncomfortable, could not fault. I am so sad that I don’t live closer for repeat visits. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend without hestitation!
