Chelsea put a lot of thought into providing what I wanted for my pixie hairstyle. One of her kind gestures touched me—she asked Stephanie to help fix the final touch on my hair. Stephanie is very experienced and so kind to help. From their interactions, I know this is the place I would like to keep visiting—full of genuine human connections and a positive atmosphere of learning and sharing. Today was my first time visiting Hairworks. I usually go downtown Toronto near my office but I'm currently working from home. I was fortunate to have Rouba as my stylist today. My hair looks and feels incredible. She knew exactly what to do based on my short request (covid-style so we can't talk a lot). I love what she did and can honsetly say that this was the best looking blow dry I have ever had. The covid protocols were also well executed and followed. All of this for much less than what I pay at my usual stylist. Thanks for the great cut Rouba!!

Tried this salon for the first time. Moved into the area 4 years ago but have not had luck in finding a good salon nearby (coming from downtown Toronto, which had great salons just walking distances away). I went in for my roots and Davide was my stylist. He was incredibly professional and experienced. I am very satisfied with his work and am looking forward to going back!

Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. My stylist was friendly, professional and provided a great blowout. Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). All this from a hair appt made in a hurry while visiting Toronto for biz and personal time. Could not recommend this place more highly!

The best hair experience ever, so affordable and very detailed, as someone with thick long hair it can be worrying with the prices some salons charge, this was not the case with Erin. Her work is above and beyond and her prices are extremely fair, she definitely gained another customer from me & will have new ones coming her way! My hair had box dye (some being black), I was completely convinced my hair would never be blonde again and Ieft Erin’s with proof that it was the opposite. I cannot wait to book with her again!!
