As a beginner to reform pilates, I did not want to join a big class and feel stupid,, so a 1:1 session with Danielle was perfect. The studio is lovely and calming and the equipment is as you'd find in a larger studio. Danielle is very knowledgable and made sure to correct my form to get the utmost benefit from the session. I will be back for certain!

I'm new to tanning and paler than casper so the staff member there recommended I do 3 minutes for acouple of sessions so I don't burn. She was really helpful and showed me the ropes. Came out buying a bundle of 60mins as it was a great deal =) I'll be recommending to friends. Thanks again

Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Not only did I see instant results, the treatment itself was deeply relaxing and incredibly stress relieving. I’ve just had my second massage 5 weeks later and the results laste

Been going here for a very long time, and I have to say it is the best tanning shop around! The staff are lovely and the tanning beds are so comfortable and it honestly gives amazing tan result! Would highly recommend ❤️

Just had a spray tan for the first time with cassidy!!! she very professional and knew her profession really well! made me feel very comfortable, very chatty and friendly. tan doesn't smell like that typical horrible fake tanning smell which is a bonus! and to top it off she add a cute little cherry sticker to create a tan mark which is sexy AF. thank you. I hope to be back again soon.
