I was feeling a bit rubbish and my skin looked dull, so I decided to try skin boosters. I was quite nervous at first, but Sadaf instantly put me at ease and made the whole experience relaxing. She’s so professional and really knows her stuff, it was reassuring to be treated by someone with a medical background. My skin already feels refreshed, and I’m really looking forward to my next visit! Thank you Sadaf

Absolutely brilliant LVL today at Gracie B with Scarlett! Would highly recommend this wonderful place and wonderful lady. She’s make my Xmas 😊 after such a bad experience at another place - I wasn’t sure I could trust anyone again with my lashes but Scarlett more than restored my faith in LVLs! She was so lovely, friendly and very understanding about my anxieties. Will definitely be returning! Merry Xmas you lovely lot xx

Mandeep is simply amazing. I had a back and shoulder massage followed by a facial. The best treatments I’ve had in years. Professional, welcoming and warm-Mandeep puts you at ease from the moment you meet her. I am hesitant in writing this review as I don’t want to share her but her talent needs to be exposed.

Georgie listens to my rambling on :-) so top marks for that!, on a serious note she understands what area needs to be worked on and has a plan to make sure the best results are attained. Cannot fault the massage, takes the tension away from days of sitting at a desk!

Amazing experience. Gennifer really thought about my colour ahead of the appointment and she had options ready for me to talk through. I couldn’t be happier with the result but more importantly I felt she took so much care in ensuring I was 100% satisfied with the result. Gennifer shows great understanding of hair colouring which is not actually something that easy to find. Super happy!

Abi was lovely and did a great job of my pedicure, but she kept me waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time to start the treatment. It was because there was no hot water. I understand these things happen but it changed my potential great rating to good. Otherwise, everything was fine and the staff were friendly:)
