I had an appointment with Tatyana. I had gel polish removal for some personal reasons. Tanya advised me to do the keratin treatment. She was so kind and friendly. She explained to me everything about how to look after nails. The customer service provided by Natalia was out of boxes. I met the owners of the salon too. They were so lovely. It was such an amazing time in the salon! Many thanks 😊

I was in the salon on Thursday, 4th of May. I have a permanent nail master Tanya. Why? She can feel , she knows what I like what I will dislike. I love her creativity, bravenes to experiment, unique style. She created something new again! I am so excited about my current nail colour! and style!! Spectacular! Special thanks to all team. I had a wonderful experience at Shape Zone. A big Thank You to Eszter. The customer service was on point. From the moment I walked in until I left, I was made to feel important. I had a the Botox facial and Pressothrapy treatment both were amazing. Eszter was professional, friendly, patient and caring. She is a real gem. Great job Eszter! A person I am particularly keen on is Valentina. Apart from her professional and well-studied capacity to provide the service she is required to, she strikes me with her intelligence , which is closely related to her work. This is a rare quality, but easily noticeable because one cannot observe it very often. This is one of the best places ever. Their team is so lovely and helpful. It was my first ever time having a spray tan so I was so nervous but the lady walked me through each step and spoke to me throughout. The tan is so good and I wasn't sure what colour to go with but the tan lady helped me pick and I couldn't be happier. It's non-patchy and so smooth. I would definitely recommend this place.

as always Cheryl looks after me so very well, pedicures, leg wax and facials, all are one to the highest possible standard. If she ever moves away I will also have to move to be nearby as I cannot see myself ever going to somebody else.

I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for waxing!
