Got my haircut and eyebrow threading at Mona's. Extremely happy with my haircut! Suzan was very polite, happily answered all my questions and gave recommendations based on my hair type. As a hijabi, it gets tricky to get haircuts at salons at times. Alice very kindly catered to my needs as I had requested to get my haircut done in a different room due to there being a man in the hairdressers area. However, extremely disappointed by Reena's attitude. She was very sour about me getting my haircut in her room and was constantly saying things to her colleague. Disrespectful and unprofessional!

Neha was wonderful as usual , nails are perfect. The salon was freezing though, i wouldn’t have stayed if i was having any other treatment as it was just too cold in there .

Muna is fabulous. Very friendly and professional. Always cuts my hair And my daughters hair to a very high standard. I have to say that all the members of staff at Muna are so welcoming and lovely.

A beautiful salon, Georgina is so lovely and very professional. I had a spray tan and it’s the best one I’ve ever had, it’s the perfect colour brown and developed really well. Highly recommend

My first visit at Cazella and I found the staff very pleasant and friendly. I had my eye brows waxed and as it has been a long time getting my eye brows treated,the assistant was explaining what she will do and made me feel very relaxed. It might have been my first visit,it will not be my last. Highly recommend Cazelle beauty snd wellbeing clinic.

Absolutely fantastic treatment with Neha, as always. Sadly need to make a couple of comments. I’ve been a regular client at Cazelle (Alfa Beauty) for about 14 years, and always impressed with exceptional service. I use the online booking service as it’s so easy and most of my regular appointments will include at least manicure, pedicure and threading. For some reason which I don’t understand, the option to book threading online is no longer available and I’m now supposed to telephone or call in to the salon to arrange this. This is incredibly inconvenient so I will probably go elsewhere……
