I had the pleasure of having a treatment with the lovely Neha. Despite the heat she was her cheerful self and a perfect professional. However I was shocked at how hot it was in the salon. The owner needs to provide more substantial cooling equipment like aircon. Cold drinks would be ideal as well. This heat is quite difficult even when you are not moving. I’m lucky I’m not an elderly customer. Please do more for your staff and customers. Your staff are an absolute asset.

Treatments with Neha fabulous as always 💖 Current heatwave meant the salon was unbearably hot 🥵 - couple of fans blowing hot air around not very effective. Despite blinds being down, a pedicure next to the glass windows was pretty uncomfortable - and just can’t imagine how it was for poor Neha who had been in the salon all day (Poor staff must have been sweltering in their black uniforms!) Really didn’t think I could complete all the treatments I had booked today but lovely Neha was her usual positive self and kept me going with drinks of cold water! Air conditioning next time please…..
