A brilliant experience! I was nervous as never had a spray tan before, Helen made me feel super relaxed and at ease. The spray tan itself was a perfect match for my skin. A lovely friendly place who make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend.

I had such a lovely visit to Beauty By Calandra today and couldn’t be happier with my treatments. 💅 Shellac Nails – My nails look immaculate! The colour is rich and glossy, with a flawless finish that feels both elegant and long-lasting. The attention to detail was spot on, and I left feeling polished and confident. 🌸 Environ Facial – This was pure indulgence. The facial was deeply relaxing yet revitalising, leaving my skin hydrated, smooth, and glowing. I could instantly see the difference in my complexion — brighter, fresher, and healthier. The girls are so professional and friendly.

Had a wonderful pedicure and a spray tan today. The new salon looks wonderful and feels so relaxing. Already booked for an Indian head massage next week.

I had a 1940s hairstyle done, Tracey did it with absolute care and love. Made sure it was perfect and done to a high standard. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I only use ritual retreat to have my hair done by emma, she is the queen of curls.(i have curly hair). After a few years my levels have grown out, and the hair style i had to day was just wonderful , all by scrunching and using a diffuser (plus some posh shampoo, and a spray that controls frizzing and is light weight to the touch. My hair feels so much lighter and brighter/softer. I was offerred a drink, (i chose squash), was served in a spotless glass and a coaster. Emma her usual LOVELY SELF(even though first day back from holiday to egypt). Well done to shop being opened over 12 months.

Mel is the genuinely the best. Her attention to detail, she always ensures that you are relaxed and a fab chat. Woke up this morning and my spray tan is perfect!

It was my teenage daughter’s first trip to this salon, and past experiences have made her a little anxious. Tracey really made her feel at ease, taking time to understand what she wanted and sticking exactly to what had been discussed (no extra inches cut off!) My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the finished result and went straight into the garden when we got home, to take selfies - a sure sign she loves it!! Good cut and comfortable seat - even though hairdresser was not very well she maintained her usual high standard..

Been to many salons over the years and can honestly say Melissa’s is ‘simply the best’. I look forward each week to a wonderful and relaxing massage as well as eyelash tints and manicures. Mel is friendly, understanding and sympathetic to us older clients. You get a cheerful welcome and you always receive an excellent and professional service.
