Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Took a detailed history of the issues I was experiencing and tailored the session around me. Great sports massage and even used acupuncture, felt very at ease and if nothing was any trouble! Highly recommend and will visit again in the future 😊

I had a great experience at ELITE! Nat was incredibly helpful in explaining the treatment for my lower back pain and legs. The sports massage really helped reduce tension, and the infrared sauna blanket relieved muscle pain and destressing. I'll definitely be booking with Nat again soon. Thanks ELITE!

Visited chloe after a recommendation as I’d been having issues with my hip for a year! I’d spent money on various osteopaths, sports massages but none had made any difference. After 2 visits to chloe the pain had halved and now I just have regular visits to maintain. Would def recommend as she is so knowledgable about the way our bodies work and listens to what the issues are. Glad I found her

Chloe is a fantastic sports therapist, she has helped me with various muscular issues and posture correction. Her tailor made appointments are really good as her expertise helps guide the right methods for individual people. Very friendly, understanding and always goes the extra mile!

Professional, experienced, knowledgeable and personable. Nice little studio with relaxing music (not whale song, actual music). Proper deep tissue massage, and empathetic enough to back off when she sensed it got too painful to bear. I will be back.

I had a great massage with Chloe! She is very knowledgeable and made me feel totally comfortable. We were both wearing masks, she had hand sanitiser on arrival and also took my temperature. She focussed on the areas which were causing me the most pain and she recommended acupuncture to really help loosen up those tight muscles for which I feel great! I’ll definitely be going to see Chloe again.

I treated myself to the Swedish massage and omg I nearly fell asleep, I was so relaxed. I then teamed it up with the sauna blanket for 30mins where I did fall asleep, oops. I love coming in every week for my sauna blanket. For 30 minutes I get to switch off from the world. Thankyou so much Natalie

She saw me at such short notice and not only did she help with the pain, through a massage and cupping, she also offered me on advice how to reduce the pain and help recovery over the next few weeks.
