Sophia always takes you through a thorough warm up routine which means no real aches or pains the following day. Sessions are well planned in advance with alternative exercises should a piece of equipment not be available or if I’m finding the exercise difficult due to injury or arthritis. Very encouraging which helps me push myself to achieve more. Really look forward my weekly session.

I have had many sports massages over the years, and I can honesty say my experience with Sophia was one of the best. From start to finish i really felt in safe hands, and that Sophia's knowledge and practice was of a high standard. Sophia was thorough in her questioning, taking time to really listen to me and helping identify my problem areas. As a result she was able to target those areas and provide a really good massage. As a female it was nice to have another female giving me my sports massage. I felt very safe and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

A very in depth & thorough sports massage that targeted all my key areas. Woke this morning with my legs feeling a lot lighter & a general sense of relief from the normal niggles & stiffness. Looking forward to trying out my new legs on a run 👌

I was in desperate need of a good sports massage as I play competitive indoor volleyball. After a lot of searching around my local area, I discovered Sophia. She’s really friendly and very professional and did a great job working on my shoulders, neck and back as well as my problematic leg. I will definitely be going back for more treatment and highly recommend her.

I cannot recommend Sophia more. She listened to me describe the problem areas and then devised a plan for today’s massage. Sophia checked in with me throughout to make sure her pressure was right for me. Sophia used cupping which is previously never had. I walked out, or rather skipped out like I had new glutes . Whatever Sophia did, it was magic and pretty pain free too.

Really relaxing massage, such a treat while pregnant with all the exhaustion and aches.

Sophia provides an outstanding service and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! From the moment I walked in with an abductor issue, she talked through what she thought might have been the problem using her expert knowledge and then thoroughly massaged the area leaving me with reduced pain and greater mobility! Before leaving, she also gave me some stretches to try at home to also help ease the pain. Her massage room is relaxing and cosy and Sophia is such an approachable, friendly person. I would highly recommend her services to everyone!
