Honestly can’t rate SP physiotherapy or Steph highly enough. Always there to sort out my aches and pains with treatment and massage. Great massage as always, feel great afterwards and space is always clean and relaxing, would recommend to all. Celeste very professional and makes you feel relaxed and very welcome.

Kara was welcoming and immediately made me feel calm - she explained every stage and what was happening throughout- she additionally identified the potential cause of my discomfort to an injury I had about thirty years ago. Kara really knows what she is doing-came out after an intense back neck and shoulder massage feeling like i was was walking on air-especially my neck and shoulders-felt i could move them without any pain -been having headaches throughout the week-with the tension in my neck-actually could feel it lifting!!!would 100% recommend Kara.

Kirsty is an exceptional sports therapist. I have been going to her for around 4 years and she’s helped me through a few really challenging injuries. But what she has done no matter what is kept me competing and improved my athletic performance!

I've been a loyal client of Kara's for too many years to count now and I constantly recommend her to everyone! She's extremely welcoming, non-judgemental, empathetic and knowledgeable. I see her regularly for massage as well as other amazing treatments like needling, ear candling and cupping which all help me look after my body with the active job that I have. If you have an injury, old or new, Kara is your woman as she will find the source and do her best to relieve it everytime! I can honestly say that my quality of life has improved due to the regular treatment. Best of the best!!

Excellent visit with Lewis. Quick assessment of what issues I was having then straight to work sorting them out. Good sports massage to loosen things up along with some helpful pointers on stretching and strengthening a few weaker/problems areas. Returning for a follow up in a few weeks.

Initial consultation today for neck pain with Emma. She assessed me with care and understanding. She explained things thoroughly why my neck was hurting. Also she gave me a lovely massage. The clinic its self is gorgeous inside. I look forward to my next appointment with Emma.

Very professional and helpful, wasn't sure what to expect, but completely at easy Deep Tissue massage felt ever bit of it but so worth it .....have booked to return & been given some exercise to do too
