Gigi is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also exceptionally skilled at what she does. This was my first visit, recommended by a friend, and I honestly had no idea what to expect—but it turned out to be the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. She made me feel completely at ease, and the whole experience was amazing. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Everyone at Motion Remedy is incredible, I've been going for the best part of the year and have enjoyed every single massage. I've now been getting regular pregnancy massages with Apple and honestly she has the hands of an angel. She is single-handedly getting me through the aches and pains of the third trimester and I cannot praise her enough. I also booked my husband in with Apple for an aromatherapy massage, he usually struggles with relaxing and is really tense, but he came out relaxed and rejuvenated!

Another great therapist today. I've had a couple of courses of treatment now and seen three different therapists. All have been amazing. I suffer with chronic back and hip pain. I'm so grateful to the relief the sports massages and Thai combination massages have given me. They have really improved my mobility. I've now booked my third course of treatment with motion remedy. Excellent sports massage coupled with very good advice

I really enjoyed my massage, I had a sports massage which incorporated stretching. She worked very hard to make sure that my tight legs was loose. She was also very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend and I will be back.

Another great sports massage from Gigi. Always come away aching from her ironing out the knots in muscles and tendons. A day or so later I notice the real benefits during training or at an event. Definitely recommended 💯
