I have just had the best massage ever, with Carolanne. It was relaxing but at the same time a good pressure to get rid of the knots in my shoulders. Her technique was brilliant, all the different ways she carries out the massage. I can't wait to get another booked in. 💜

Was recommended to come here. Had relief after just one appointment. Second time I have went to Gav today and straight after my appointment I felt relief. He focused on recovery as well. He thoroughly assessed me to see what treatment would be best. Will continue to go to Gav when in need of a sports massage and highly recommended!

The most lovely venue and team, I treated myself to brows, toenails, a facial and a massage and every treatment was perfect and easily some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot!) could not recommend this place enough!

I first started using Gavin as my sports massage therapist maybe 8/9 months ago, he is a very skilled therapist who takes the time to get to the root of your pain/problem, I can hand on heart say I have always had amazing results from my sessions. Hes literally been a god send as I am very much injury prone 🙈. Because of his abilities and the outcomes of my sports massage sessions I now do 1 to 1 rehabilitation and strength work with him on my ankle and arm injuries which are also producing great results. He' stuck with me now, lol...Great guy and good banter, would 100% recommend Gavin.

I suffer with chronic back pain and I see Gavin regularly for sports massage. This helps greatly managing my pain. He's also added dry needling to my treatment which also really helps relax the muscles. Can't recommend Gavin highly enough.
