Jess is attentive to all my problems and went through them one by one, outlining exercises and stretches I can do to alleviate pain and strengthen the muscles. She was understanding when parts of the therapy got too much for me and always listened to how I felt the treatment was going, even if those descriptions were difficult to decipher. I could not recommend Flexpert Sports Therapy more!

Excellent massage! I discussed with Mish my problem areas and she used a range of techniques to reduced the pain immediately. She is also very friendly and pours passion for her craft, I'll definitely be booking again!

The most relaxed I have ever been! I had a hot stone massage on a cold day and Mish managed to soothe pain that I've had for over a decade. It's not magically healed but it feels so much better and I'll be back for more!

Jess is incredible at what she does. I now visit monthly and the difference she makes is amazing. My back & shoulder pain is now a lot more manageable. Fantastic massages, Lily really gets to know her customers and what they need. I've tried both deep tissue and lymphatic drainage massage and both have been amazing! My neck and shoulders are feeling so much better. I'd highly recommend!
