Another great treatment from Chrissie using shockwave therapy, more comfortable than it sounds and I quite enjoyed it! It gets deeper into the muscles and I felt really good afterwards.

Best sports massage to date.. 10/10

Had another fantastic massage today and felt great after. Chrissie always relieves any areas where I’m holding tension and always knows how much pressure to apply. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a sports massage. Always feel in safe hands.

Second dose of shockwave treatment and much needed sports massage. Body is thanking me for this TLC.

Excellent results as per usual chrissie is very knowledgeable and always manages to maintain my shoulder injury. I was a little sceptical about her new machine as always had great results from sports massage, but very impressed with the results will definitely have this treatment again.

I've been seeing Chrissie since 08/2022 and would highly recommend. I started with sports massage, and from there Chrissie explained how sports massage, dry needling and cupping works in different ways. She worked with me each session to focus on my current aches/pains. I had never had dry needling or cupping before, but Chrissie talked me through it. Chrissie has allowed me to have a better understanding of how to look after my body. Plus, will ensure if I have an issue outside of the scope of her treatment that I am signposted to the right person. Profession, knowledgable, good value.
