Just had a therapy massage at MBDC Sports and it was exactly what I needed. Miles was professional, attentive, and worked with great technique. I had some general tension and left feeling refreshed and much more relaxed. 💪🏻Highly recommend.

Had my first sports massage with Ruth today, to address stiff legs from running and sore shoulders and lower back. I'd be lying if I said it was enjoyable 😅 but it was very effective and Ruth is lovely and super-friendly so I'll definitely return.

Ruth is a wonderful, experienced masseuse. She took the time to understand any areas of concern and any potential impact from lifestyle choices. The sports massage was probably the best I've had. It really improved my muscle tightness caused by sitting at a desk for work and some sporting related strains.

Thoroughly impressed, as always. Miles is knowledgeable, warm, professional, and attentive. He understood my concerns and tailored the session to address my tension and muscle fatigue. His expertise is evident from the start of a session, explaining everything clearly and reassuringly. It was a perfect balance of effective treatment and genuine care. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a proper sports massage.

Will definitely be going back, best sports massage I've ever had. I suffer from back and hip pain on one side partly due to my job, poor posture and extremely tight muscles etc. Emily focused on the areas affected and explained as she went along what was causing the issues and gave advice on how to prevent them being so severe again. I managed to work most of the day without any pain so really pleased with the result.

Visited Emily today for my first ever sports massage after weeks of pain in my shoulder and the GP/doctors physio/hospital not being able to give me any answers. Emily was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable, she explained everything and what she was doing and made me feel very relaxed. After weeks of feeling fed up it finally feels like there may be an end in sight to my pain and amazing to actually get some answers as to what has been causing me so much discomfort all this time.
