Staff were very friendly and welcoming, I came in today for a sports massage with George, George was very good and helped me release a lot of tension in the muscles of my back, the whole experience was very relaxing and once we were finished George broke down the muscles groups he focussed on and explained in great detail the reasons for targeting those specific areas for my needs. Overall a 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend the services at wellbeing and I will 100% be returning

I arrived feeling very tight and sore after being unwell and having a poor massage the week before. My therapist was amazing, she listened to my concerns and tailored my massage perfectly. She checked in with me throughout the treatment and gave me some aftercare advice too. THANK YOU!! I look forward to coming back and the new look rooms are a lovely touch of luxury 😍

I have had a hot stones massage to day by Ana. She was very welcoming and the massage was amazing and she concentrated on areas that I highlighted cause me pain. I floated out of the room and felt totally relaxed and energised . I would highly recommend Ana , such a lovely lady with a calming disposition . Thank you ❤️

I think this is my 5th massage at the centre. Ivanas hot stone massage is perfect. I always feel light and relaxed afterwards and it has been instrumental in helping with a painful hip and lower back. I have had many massages elsewhere and this is by far the most effective. Wonderful ❤️

Am a regular costumer at the welling being massage and all the team are lovely. The receptionist are very welcoming and will help you with any questions. I recently came in to get some advice and one of the masseuse came out called George who took time to give me advice. I had a sports massage with George and he even did some trigger point work. They take time to explain where the pain is coming from and get to the route of the problem. cant recommend enough! have booked in for 2 weeks time and will continue to go regularly.
