I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

Mark made sure I was relaxed and comfortable,explained exactly what he was doing at each stage of the massage and checked on my wellbeing constantly. I felt reassured by his approach and definitely much better after my sports massage. My mobility is easier and the pain I was in has disappeared. I can't recommend Natural Balance highly enough. Well, having not had a sports massage before, I'm kicking myself for not coming here earlier. I've had lower back stiffness for a while and Natalie seems to have needed it all away. They are a very polite, professional group of people who really care and listen while also having magic hands! Highly recommend, thanks Natalie.

I was very happy with my pedicure- I had a warm welcome and friendly interactions. The massage chair was blissful - I felt so relaxed. My feet felt pampered and my toes are beautifully painted. Thank you.

Right from the genuine and pleasant greeting at my arrival and stepping through the front door to candle lights, golden petals and atmospheric music, the ambience for me was set. The host was friendly, soothing and reassuring. Care was given to everything! It was clean, warm and inviting. My first visit was a relaxing footbath and foot massage. The host chose from insight my essential oil to add to the coconut infused milk bath. I had rose for love, ylang ylang for joy and lavender for relaxation. So wonderful it was, I booked for a full body massage next and it didn't disappoint 💛🤗✨️💯

I came to see Ali after a week of intense cycling, my legs and body were sore and tight. I booked a deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed.
