The stones were the perfect temperature and melted all the tension out of my shoulders and back. I left feeling light, calm, and refreshed. Jo is so great. I had a deep tissue massage on an old deep injury in my glute. Jo is the first person to identify it and give me relief. This is after 8 months of physio who only superficially worked on it. I think Jo has a real talent for really listening to you, so actually feel heard, and then she listens and talks to your body, First rate! 10 stars from me!
