First time at Zen Scalp Spa, and my first scalp spa treatment. Loved it! The experience from start to finish was very relaxing and therapeutic. My practitioner, Yuki, was very thorough, informative (we navigated the language barrier), and gentle or firm as needed. The place itself is lovely and the front desk staff was very helpful, both on the phone and in person checking me in and out...I didn't feel pressured to purchase their packages but I'll definitely be back. Truly wonderful experience!

Wonderful experience! My 10 year old daughter who has suffered from scalp build up and dandruff (lots of hair) was relieved to know she can be helped. She's very soft spoken so to hear her rave how amazing this experience was made me feel so much comfort in knowing Flora was a knowledgeable, understanding and experienced. Our daughter did ask to return and as locals my husband and I agreed that continued service was nessessary, we bought a few needed products to help at home in the meantime. Regardless the spa is relaxing and inviting. We appreciate all the advice .

This was my first time trying a head spa and facial, and wow—what an experience! I brought my partner and my sister who’s visiting from Georgia, and we all absolutely loved it. The facial left our skin glowing, and the scalp treatment was incredibly relaxing—truly next level. The staff was so friendly, the space was spotless, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. This is my second visit to YV spa for eyelash extensions. The salon is very clean and quiet. Toni was my technician this time. She was very calm and gentle, which made me very comfortable. I am very happy with the result!

I absolutely love this spa. First, the people who work there are so sweet and really take their time with you and your treatments. I have gone twice now. Once for the scalp treatment and once for the mini facial and scalp treatment. It’s amazing- my hair and scalp feel amazing after and I feel so clean. I will definitely be going back for their other treatments.

This is the first time I've ever been to a head spa and I had such a great experience. My therapist was Vicky. I got the Essential Treatment for 45 mins. I got my scalp analyzed by this special machine they have and Vicky was able to tell me that my scalp is oily. After that Vicky got a rope for me to change into and she gave me a shoulder, neck, and face massage. I got a hot towel treatment on my face after that. The she gave me a deep hair wash with organic shampoo and conditioning and a light blow dry. It was so nice and relaxing I decided to get their membership. So I will be coming back.

I always have a great experience here. They are nice and everything is clean and professional. I see Kevin. He is awesome. Almost every time I almost fall asleep. He has a good pressure that not to hard but also soothing. I suggest getting their packages bundle. You can mix the sessions you go for. One week you can get the facial, the others you can get the scalp, the other the body massage. Definitely worth it

This place is MIND BLOWING!! Never would I have imagined a place this upscale and classy in the heart of Sherman Oaks! But you can understand why folk “over the hill” to make the drive. Just take a look at the photos and reviews and you’ll see why. Besides being gorgeous and resembling a five star spa, owners have gone out of their way to create a 5 STAR SPA experience. Everybody is and welcoming, services are detailed, they check with you constantly to make sure you’re happy. Honestly, the only hitch is Pricing, which is exorbitantly high. I really enjoyed my experience at Zen Scalp Spa. It’s like a facial, but for your scalp. It's super relaxing, and the results were pretty unreal. I had no idea how much buildup and dandruff was hiding under the surface of my hair until I saw the before & after photos. The spa is clean, the staff is very welcoming, and the whole vibe is calming. The only thing I wish they did more of was explaining the products being used and what each step was for during the process. Otherwise, it was such a great experience, and I’d definitely come back for another session.

Booked a Christmas gift for my wife . Booked an appointment with Vicky. Seen she had a 5 star rating as well as the spa itself. Was able to pay in advance and leave the tip over the phone which was really convenient. My wife said everything was great. The spa was clean and looked top tier. Her experience with the platinum package turned out great. We plan on going back to do a couples package.
