I recieved the Luxury Head Spa service i want sure what to expect since it was my first time but it was very relaxing and enjoyable as well as the facial portion of the experience. I have shoulder length thick curly hair so was worried it would get tangled and pulled but it did not. Since it was my first time a little more explanation of the products and steps happening would have been great but overall i had a wonderful experience and would go back. I do recommend if you are tender headed to let your person know some of the items used felt great to me but could feel not so good to others.

Treatment was very relaxing, although equipment used was loud. Felt like arm and hand massage was rushed. Reception when I arrived was lovely. But when I left there was a different receptionist. She seemed like she may have been sick, nobody offered any water after the treatment which is standard in a spa. Other than these minor items, was a nice experience.

Amazing experience! We had been seeing “head spas” in other states but could never find one close to home. I happened upon an instagram post about Venus Spa and instantly booked myself, partner and one of our teens. We all left with the most refreshed scalps. My normally flat hair is so full of body a day later, I am in awe. We will definitely be coming back as you cannot beat the pricing on the Luxury service. It combined a facial, the scalp/hair treatment and massage. I spend much more for just facials at other spas. Thank you so much for bringing this to the KC metro.

The therapist I had was great, but did have to leave the room 5 different times during my treatments which I hadn’t experienced before. I also didn’t get to view my scalp before and after like I did prior. Still a great experience and I’ll be back.

I really enjoyed it! Chelsea was very sweet and professional. She informed me of what she was doing but didn’t talk too much and I was able to relax. The only thing that I think could be improved was that the after a while the mist by my face started to smell a bit musty. They did have a scented plug in in the room, but maybe an essential oil spray by the customers face at the beginning of the service? It was a really fun experience and will do it again!

I've never had a hair massage and with it being my first time it was amazing. I was nervous at first but then quickly relaxed with the person assigned to me. I want to give a huge thank you to Sylvia (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) you did an awesome job at helping me relax and made me laugh. A gf and I had been wanting to try this for over a year! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My scalp has never felt more clean and “happy”. The facial and neck, shoulder, and arm massage was wonderful as well. 10 / 10 recommendation!

I saw a video of a head spa online and then googled places near me. It was my first time here & scalp treatment. I had the Platinum package it was so nice. Which included a facial, neck and shoulders relaxation massage. Plus hair blow out. It was the best pampering for myself ever!! I had tech #9 she was so nice. Pictures online matched my experience. The room was very nice and clean. Receptionist was friendly. My hair feels great!! I highly recommend you check them out! I will be back.

This was an incredible experience. Worth every dollar. Both Rachelle and her partner were fantastic. My daughter and I completed the luxury head spa package. Of the many spa services I’ve had over the years, this was the best. Highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend. This was my first time doing a head spa treatment and it was very relaxing. I was informed about the condition of my scalp and compared to after the treatment. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and everything was very professional. I will definitely be returning.
