Lois was lovely and professional. She made sure I was very comfortable and did a thorough massage that put me to sleep several times haha. I especially enjoyed the facial and head massage - it was so relaxing and made my skin feel so smooth and moisturised. She was kind enough to offer sweets, tea and water after my massage - completed the appointment for me. I went home feeling lighter and more relaxed. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely go again when I visit ChristChurch.

I’m so happy and relaxed after enjoying the pamper package at Casa Bella. Lois was absolutely lovely and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Lois is professional, skilled and knowledgeable and I thoroughly recommend her for both massage and/or facial, you won’t be disappointed.

Really professional and skilled. I had 2 hrs 15mins pamper package at CB, the massage is excellent with good pressure. I love the essential oils which she blended, the smell is so good and made me totally relaxed during the whole treatment. The facial also is fantastic. My skin feels very fresh and pampered. The facial treatment has reduced my cheek redness and has improved my sensitivity skin issues
