I was really excited to see Kim’s new treatment room—and it didn’t disappoint! It’s a beautiful, peaceful space where I enjoyed a relaxing massage along with reiki and crystal therapy. Kim is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and it’s clear she truly loves what she does. I left feeling relaxed, balanced and cared for. Will be booking in again soon! X

Always a brilliant experience everytime i have been coming to Fazia for a couple of years now and for past 2 months she was closed and I couldn't wait for her to open up again so I can get my overdue massages and facials!.😀 Always recommending her to others as this os the placw to be where you get a dedicated therapist that actually cares for you and how you feel. I love going to see Lou and Chloe at Se.rene. Always a warm welcome. Today's visit was to Chloe for a blemish buster facial. Interesting as Chloe explains what she's doing (coz she knows I'm nosey lol) and I've come away feeling relaxed with my skin feeling so much better.

She was genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable throughout and took her time to focus on the areas that needed attention.
