Had a fantastic and relaxed time with Sandra including a massage, pedicure, facial and plenty of great advice on aftercare as well as a friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. The place is easy to find in Newport with plenty of parking nearby and nice and quiet for a relaxing time.

Fantastic massage session. I didn't realise how much my shoulder was messed up. Don't get me wrong, the pain was real, but no pain no gain. I found Rachel to be very friendly, professional and so informative. I'm looking forward to my future sessions, which will also include cupping. Sandy is amazing healer. She has the mightiest touch. She’s amazing at what she does, I could see that sandy cares about her clients and their comfort. Sandy is very unique and interesting therapist, we got on so well, she’s very spiritual too. She doesn’t cut corners and she makes you feel so welcome. Don’t take my word for it. Book yourself in and find out yourselves. You won’t regret it! I feel amazing and relaxed. Thank you sandy, can’t wait to book myself in again. x

Rachel is not only brilliant at what she does but is the most kindest, supportive and compassionate lady. Have just completed my 2nd round of post op lymph drainage sessions as a return client and the results are just incredible, I could not be happier. Rachel cares so much about her clients, puts them at ease and wants them to have the best experience in the most beautiful and relaxing treatment room. I would highly recommend Rachel. If you want superior post operative care you will really struggle to find better in my view. Thank you Rachel for your kindness and care which is first class.
