I absolutely loved my experience at Aura Organics! From the refreshing fruit and juice on arrival to the cooling ice towels in the spa and lavender pouches in the steam room, the attention to detail was incredible. I had the January package, including spa and sauna access, a massage with oils I chose myself, and a deep cleanse facial—it was amazing! Danielle, the owner, is so kind and down-to-earth. This hidden gem in Hackney Wick left me feeling brand new, and their organic, natural products were lovely. Highly recommend! X

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to give AuraOrganics Spa (HW) 5 stars! The receptionist was flexible with me running a few minutes late (I’m so appreciative, it’s my birthday). The private day package offered everything it promised and I took some really nice pictures. The hot tub 10/10. My masseuse was 10/10, she was lovely and got right in there with the knots on my back. 45 minutes was definitely needed. I can’t even highlight the best part because this was the best birthday experience. Overall the staff were friendly and I will be coming back very soon!!

Had a lovely experience at Aura Spa. The spa room is so lovely & private and they've managed to fit so much in a small place. However 45minutes goes very quickly! The massages we had were amazing, they asked which areas we'd like focused on, usually masseuses ignore this, but they really took care to target our problem areas and we were so relaxed afterwards! Would definitely recommend for a couples spa or with close friends & family.

The overall experience was great with friendly staff. All inclusive spa with privacy. The only odd thing I noticed during massage was that masseurs were using one hand multiple times which could be an indication that they were using their phones with the other hand. I could be wrong but both my husband and I noticed it during our session. Other than that I would definitely recommend it.

The spa was good, the lady explained everything to us, however it wasn’t entirely private as the staff walked in a couple of times. The facilities were all good. However the temperature of the hot tub was not hot enough, which was a bit disappointing. Overall good spa.

WOW! Amazing! From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. Kelly was perfection. First time of having a Japenese Head Spa plus mini facial. The relaxation was unbelievable. I was booked in for the Japanese Female Head Spa-Scalp & Hair Treatment today and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The whole experience was amazing and it included a facial, head and neck massage with different tools used. Karmen was welcoming, friendly and professional so I highly recommend, thank you again.

Carmen explained everything in detail and has given exemplary service. I was relaxed and enjoyed the facial, head spa but most especially the shoulder massage. Indeed great for stress relief.

The location of the salon is hidden away inside a shared building with lots of individual units. The actual space was clean, nicely presented, very feminine feel with the pink and flower touches. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Treatment was good and relaxing. At the end a small gift was unexpected and a nice touch! I would definitely recommend the Japanese head spa treatment and will go back again in the future.

Me and my sister visited KBH Treatments today, for the Japanese Head Spa with mini facial. It was an amazing experience! Both ladies were so lovely and we felt so welcome and comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I have not felt that relaxed in a long time!!! Would highly highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! xx
