This was my first time at the spa and it was a great experience! I was so relaxed I was rushing out to avoid traffic and take a nap😂 The spa was spotless, the staff were informative and welcoming, and everything ran like clockwork with no wait times. I was a few minutes late, but they were very accommodating. I was a bit nervous about the treatment, but felt completely at ease in their hands. Highly recommend! About to book a package for both my mother and I!

Amal gave the most amazing massage! I really needed some de stress and I came out smiling and feeling lighter! I had been before to Greenwich spa, but not now with Amal I will come back more often for sure :)

I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

Had a haircut, treatment and blow dry with Jess. She took time to talk through options and checked in throughout to ensure I was getting the look and experience I wanted. Jess is warm and welcoming, took great care of me and made it a super-relaxing treat. Highly recommend.

An amazing spa package with Amal, who was attentive, with good pressure and spot on with feeling where my body needed help. One of the best massages I’ve had in ages

I had an amazing hydro facial session with margreta. She was phenomenal and ensured my first time at the greenwich spa was a great experience. The glow on my skin! I will definitely be back.

Another brilliant experience at the Greenwich spa. Rabia did my waxing, including a Hollywood wax that I was extremely nervous about having never had that kind of wax before. However, Rabias calm and kind demeanour put me at ease instantly, and made the experience far more manageable. She was very patient, talked me through it, and managed to get it all done quickly but to the highest possibly standard. Would recommend to anyone, particularly anyone nervous about waxing!

I always get great treatment at The Greenwich Spa, and have a beneficial outcome with the hydro-colonic.

Due to a bad experience of my first colonic i was recommended The Greenwich Spa.. I have had 2 colonics so far with Susanne and will be continuing ongoing treatment with her . She has been very friendly calm and reassuring, talking me through the procedure and answeing any questions that i have .
