Tina makes me feel like I’ve teleported to a spa in a manor hotel, she does all the little extras when I’ve had a facial or massage with her - dim lights, make the room super warm, pillow under my knees so my back is comfortable. I love the experience plus the massage and facial I had was brilliant

A glorious second experience at Sanya Spa. This time my therapist was Yvonne who is absolutely charming and professional. She offered expert skin advice while I was undergoing my treatment. Highly recommend a visit.

I highly recommend Sanya Spa after the outstanding experience I had today, indeed I am immediately rebooking further treatments. I tried a delux mani/pedi combination and very much felt I had visited a day spa as opposed to a beautician (the design is both elegant and classy). The owner’s ethos is to bring a touch of glamour to New Malden but at accessible prices and this is certainly achieved. There are some incredible summer introductory offers at the moment which I suggest you take advantage of, in particular a gold facial that promises to give you a youthful glow.

Iveta is my favourite person to go to for a massage and a facial. I’ve been coming to her regularly and she is so professional and thorough. I don’t even need to tell her where I’m sore her hands just find the area and she works at it like a magician. Thank you ❤️

Very professional service in a relaxing spa salon… will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience. I was 10 mins late but I'd phoned in advance to tell them and they were very understanding. They didn't give me any grief or make me feel bad when I arrived. My massage and facial were excellent. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! I also had a classic pedicure. I was offered a drink and the lovely lady took her time to do a good job. They then waited patiently for my nails to dry without trying to rush me out. They closed at 6pm but I didn't leave until 6:25pm. All in all a really wonderful experience and I highly recommend this spa. I look forward to returning!

Well today was a first. I have never had a jell foot spa experience before. Shabna was great as usual and the experience was really unique. I will not give too much details, but it is worth having this treatment and my feet feel ready for any sandal action. I will be definitely be having more of this during the summer to ensure my feet look glorious in my sandals. Many thanks

I absolutely love coming to About Yu, I’ve been a member now for 2 months and have had everything from brows to nails, massage, facial, lashes, waxing etc and they’ve all been absolutely incredible! It’s a stunning space which feels genuinely relaxing and every single staff member is a pleasure to work with and chat to. They’re all such experts in their field and you can tell they really enjoy working together as a team too. Keep doing what you’re doing about Yu, i recommend this place to everyone, it’s the best place in Tooting bar none!!

From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm personality and attention to detail. She took her time, ensured every step was perfect, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My feet feel unbelievably soft, and my nails look flawless—truly the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Beyond Shabnam’s expertise, the entire spa experience was top-tier. The atmosphere was so serene and beautifully maintained. Customer service was immaculate!!
