Five stars simply isn’t enough! Ellie is an absolute master of her craft. I immediately felt safe and calm in her energy. The space she works from is cosy, welcoming and calming. The treatment Ellie provided was one of the best I’ve had. I feel refreshed, energised and balanced following it. I cannot recommend Ellie enough! Thank you so, so much! 💕✨

Absolutely incredible. I’ve never had a facial before so didn’t know what to expect. Skye perfectly balanced talking me through all the steps with giving me space for peace and relaxation. Every step was extremely relaxing. I loved to massage involved. I can see a huge difference in my skin immediately.

Lovely experience in a mostly calming surrounding. The manicure and pedicure look great. Skye was lovely. The only negative was the music. Sorry, but horrible nasty lyrics from the likes of Kanye and Diddy. I’m not easily offended, but I found it difficult to fully unwind with the noise and lewd language in my ear for 2 hours. I would suggest something a bit lighter for clients to enjoy while relaxing during the fabulous treatments.

My experience at The Tides was incredible. Ellie's space is incredibly calming, appealing to all of the senses. She is a beautiful and talented practitioner and is mindful of any physical mental or emotional consideration needed in order to deliver the best possible experience to her client.

Paula was amazing. Very friendly and made me feel good. I had two treatments- pedicure and facial. I can’t be happier with the outcome My face looks sooooo clean and beautiful. My skin looks 10 years younger:) And my feet too. Definitely going back!!!!

Ellie was warm and open, she immediately put me at ease and explained what the treatment was all about. I’ve had other massage treatments before, but not Indian Head massage, and not with Ellie. It was very relaxing and there was a lot more work on my arms, shoulders and back which I was not expecting and also on my face. The treatment was very nurturing and I felt calm and happy afterwards, I took this with me into the following few days at home with the kids. It was a very positive experience and I will be back! Thanks Ellie.

Had a lymphatic drainage massage with added wood therapy at Bonitaz Serenity Spa and I will definitely be back. Paula was very attentive and informative and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I definitely saw a noticeable improvement in the tightness of the skin on my stomach after just one session so would definitely recommend :)

It was my first visit today and I met Paula such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. The space was calm, clean, and relaxing. I came in for a lymphatic massage but explained I was feeling stressed, so she suggested starting with a relaxing massage before the lymphatic one. It was perfect! Paula made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She’s open minded, professional, and truly lovely. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend her to my family!

Ellisia has done my facial once again. This time, I also had a gel pedicure. I can honestly say both treatments were perfect in every way. Ellisia has the most amazing attention to detail. She has a kind and calming effect, whilst being so efficient at what she does. I can not recommend her enough.

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️
