Very clean throughout the salon all staff from reception to the professional was very polite and welcoming I had a massage facial and some dermel filler today from sian and Sarah both really professional and welcoming thank you both so much for my treatments

Kylie - absolutely worth every penny and every pound she charges. As per usual I left there today with 10/10 hair, exactly how I wanted it and with lots of compliments from friends and family. Shes such a gorgeous person aswell 🥰. I text late at night and said i havent got the 5 hours spare which was booked out for my hair and she absolutely smashed it in a lot less time, never seen hands move so quick 🤣 Shes stuck with me as a client for life the poor girl 🤣xx

HOC is the best! I hold Sara their Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner in the highest regard and I wouldn't trust anyone else- I've had a few treatments now to level up & support my NHS opthamalogy eye treatment & Sara always makes me feel comfortable ,she is knowledgeable & proffessional always administers the right amount of botox to suit my needs. The salon is super friendly and the customer here is second to none. All in all five star 🌟!!

Good, lovely professional nails
