Had an amazing contouring & lymphatic drainage session with Lou. Felt lighter, less bloated straight away and slept incredibly well last night. Lou is so knowledgeable about health, fitness and wellbeing and really helps you understand how to support your results. Highly recommend her treatments — you’ll feel the difference immediately!
