10/10 experience, Anniyah (sorry if I spelled the name wrong!) was so friendly, funny and professional. She gave me the full VIP package with halal brows and a lash lift and I’ve never ever been happier with the way my brows and lashes look. We were done so quick and her precision is unmatched. She even gave me a little goodie bag with an aftercare kit at the end! I’m so happy with the service and result and I’ll be coming back again for sure. I felt so comfortable here.

Been coming since FNGel first opened... all these years later still going strong... started my biab journey after years of biting my nails. Now they are long and strong. Was in today and Abbey did an incredible job. Definitely a Cateye girly now!! Thanks Team your all amazing 🥰

Nav runs an exceptional sanctuary in the heart of the JQ. He has a lovely manner and created a calm and relaxing space before and after the floatation experience. Would highly recommend and will be sure to come back!

Wonderful experience here. I feel comfortable, calm and still. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone, particularly if you have a heard time quieting your mind. It makes you feel like a new person! I would like to suggest the offering of dressing gowns and flip flops/slides to guests, to increase the comfort and spa-like experience.

I visited the floating spa with a friend. It was a truly special experience. We had no idea what to expect, we were made so welcome, and everything was explained to us. Taking time in the relaxation area before your session starts is encouraged and is such a calming environment. The floating experience is a must for everyone. I have never felt so relaxed, and couldn’t believe how much tension my body was holding on too. I felt amazing afterwards and we have booked our next visit already!

Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff here are always so friendly and never rush you through your treatment. Enjoyed a lovely spa pedi, followed by a gel manicure and couldn’t ask for a better service.

This was my second time here and on both occasions I have visited with someone new introducing them to a float tank too. I like the vibe and ambience here and I gotta say, the floating spa allows me to chill at a level that doesn't exist elsewhere. This is a great experience.

I love this place. Total escapism and relaxation, and although ‘only an hour’ it feels like I’ve had the most restful sleep for a week solid. I recommend the floating spa to anyone who just needs that little boost or reset from modern life.

First visit to the Floating Spa earlier today and had a wonderful experience! Nav talked me through everything I needed to know before I floated and answered any questions that I had to quash any possible problems. Cant recommend it enough and felt totally relaxed 😌 following the hour of total removal from the world! Thanks Nav and have already booked my 2nd float 🌞🌞
