I just had my first laser hair removal appointment here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spacious and spotless the facility is. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful — they made the whole process smooth from start to finish. My technician Lauren was absolutely amazing — she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the session. I really appreciated her professionalism and gentle approach, especially since it was my first time.

I’ve had laser hair removal and facials by Shalini and had great results with both. Shalini is super sweet and professional! I noticed a difference after only a couple sessions of laser hair removal and bought a promotional package at a great price to continue treatments. Facials are an hour long and so relaxing! I have sensitive skin and Shalini made recommendations which would be best for my skin type. My skin hasn’t looked this good in years! Highly recommend ChaimsPro

Elle was amazing. It was my 3rd session, I am so comfortable with Elle now. She dosen’t rush and takes time to do laser. She make sure I am comfortable and keep checking on me while she does laser. I had an incredible experience with my laser treatment. From the moment I walked in, Loisse made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. A portion of the space is under renovation but doesn’t affect your overall experience, the equipment felt top-notch, and the entire service was handled with professionalism and care.
