It was absolutely amazing, I felt welcome when I came in and perky when i came out.The atmosphere was gorgeous and serene. The customer service was impeccable. And I honestly cant say anything negative about this company. Cheers to you guys and keep up the good work. I totally recommend it for a birthday, anniversary or just a ladies night out.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Oggi spa, and I can’t say enough great things about my Kazzel! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made the entire visit feel luxurious. Kazzel was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took such care with every step of the mani/pedi, making sure I was comfortable and explaining each part of the process without ever feeling rushed. Her attention to detail was amazing, and the final result was flawless. My nails have never looked better!

I was very pleased with my experience at the spa. They were very understanding of my situation with being quite late for my appt because the highway had been closed for serious accident and reassured me they would be there for me upon my arrival. They were very receptive and pleasant upon my arrival and did an excellent job on my brows and eye lashes.

Unlike many treatments I’ve had, she gave me the rare gift of quiet tranquility, letting me fully unwind without conversation. I left feeling calm and centered. Then came the pedicure—a perfect mix of skill and laughter as she navigated my ticklish feet. We bonded over shared interests and family stories, making it even more special. Why 5 stars? Oggi isn’t just about great products and a welcoming atmosphere—it’s the people who make it truly exceptional.

First time at Oggi Spa. I had received a gift card with Oggi spa (which included massage, facial, body scrub, and mani/ pedi as a Christimas gift in December 2023. Janelle handled all my services and was fantastic. We recently moved here from Streetsville and have been looking for a spa that was extremely clean with all the services I enjoy. (I am very very picky)...YEAH I FOUND IT. Will definitely be using Oggi Spa again with or without a gift card. See you soon Janelle and will be bringing my daughter along.

Kazzel is fantastic! I’ve seen her for pedicures, manicure and waxing. She is my go to girl now! She provides a great service & is super friendly, easy to talk to. Oggi spa over all has a calm, relaxed & clean atmosphere. I’m never disappointed with my visits and would recommend this place to anyone.
