Love the experience. Parking is always available for the times I’ve gone. Space to sit and wait. I love the signs on the front desk. Natalie is always so kind and lovely. I enjoy chatting and the sugar experience is very smooth and pleasant.

I was very pleased with my experience at the spa. They were very understanding of my situation with being quite late for my appt because the highway had been closed for serious accident and reassured me they would be there for me upon my arrival. They were very receptive and pleasant upon my arrival and did an excellent job on my brows and eye lashes.

What a great space! So welcoming, bright, and clean. Professional and friendly service, and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Easy parking and convenient location. Would highly recommend.

This is absolutely the best place for waxing I found in 10 years in Canada. Clean and sparkling, ladies wear gloves while doing the waxing and they use a very particular wax I’ve never seen before that makes your waxing session pain free. The hard or liquid wax are so painful. I’m very happy to have found this place and I can’t wait for the next appointment ❤️

Then came the pedicure—a perfect mix of skill and laughter as she navigated my ticklish feet. We bonded over shared interests and family stories, making it even more special. Why 5 stars? Oggi isn’t just about great products and a welcoming atmosphere—it’s the people who make it truly exceptional.
