My time at Scalp Spa with Angel was the absolute best! As my first time having this service, Angel definitely exceed my expectations. She was professional, lovely and knowledgeable about scalp and hair health. The overall scalp package was so amazing and I felt so pampered and relaxed. I visited the Bankstown branch on Thursday 4/1/24. The owner greeted me and went through my form submissions. I was treated with the services of the signature scalpcial, red LED light therapy (for hair growth) and dermaplaning. I was mainly served by the female staff member whose name was Rozy. She was very polite and friendly. I also requested for my treatment to be recorded as videos. The staff members agreed and did the recording on my mobile. I also admired the atmosphere of the store; it was very comforting. The service room had a bed with a blanket on it which kept myself warm whilst

This is the first time I've visited The Scalp Spa and had a lovely experience. My therapist, Anusha was so nice and explained everything that was going to be done. I had the Signature Scalpacial treatment which was so relaxing. A wonderful 90 minute treatment. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

I really enjoyed my experience, it was a very relaxing 90 minutes and once finished I felt so refreshed it was amazing. Unfortunately, my sister in law didn't receive the same treatment I did (even though we purchased the same package and this was a gift from me to her for her Birthday). Her therapist was talking throughout the treatment and trying to up-sell her, even talking about what we experienced from start to finish she didn't have what I had, not even the coffee scrub (which was amazing for me, I wish she had the same experience)

Scalp Spa was a 10/10 experience. So relaxing & the massage was amazing Joumana was so nice and her hands were like magic, can't wait to do it again

Lovely atmoshere, and very clean. I booked in for an eyebrow and eyelash tint. The whole experience was amazing! Sophia took the time to ask questions prior to the treatment, and checked in a couple of times to ensure I was happy with my eyebrows. The outcome was exactly what I wanted. My eyebrows look much fuller and the colour suggested was a perfect match (brown) suited my skin tone. I can now go without mascara for some time. The treatment bed is so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Definitely coming back.

I organised a Platinum Hydrafacial today at Skin and Things. As I am a full-time teacher, I really felt the need to treat myself. I was given a comprehensive explanation into each step (including its benefits for the skin). I was accommodated for with a luxurious and premium service that left my skin feeling smoothe and radiant. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I left with a few goodies 1.
