The staff were so friendly! I booked two treatments, Forever & Ever (Thai Massage+Foot Massage) and the Gold Collagen Facial with Ms. May. The massage and facial were incredible. I highly recommend this spa. My skin was glowing after (and I’m very particular about skin care treatments). The massage left me feeling so relaxed and the pressure was perfect (I like more pressure). Ms. May did check in asking if the pressure was ok. So this can be adjusted for preference obviously. The facilities were nice. With a lounge for complimentary in-house made tea and water. Thank you Ms. May!

Absolutely love it here!! After a bad experience else where I was put off having treatments done for a while. But these ladies have changed it for the better! They are always so welcoming with lovely smiles, I felt like I’d been going here forever and now I will be!! I love their loyalty card offer which I’d never seen in other places before, which is a nice bonus. You feel and see that they all love what they do and take pride in it too. When you go here you’re part of the family, when you pay for your treatments, you gain a great experience too and I 100% recommend them to all! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of getting a gel manicure and pedicure with Harpreet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She is incredibly skilled, meticulous, and ensures every detail is perfect. My nails look flawless. Beyond her technical ability, Harpreet is also warm, friendly, and makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality treatments.

this was my second visit to Thy Spa, they are very clean and everything is well-managed. I would definitely recommend and will come back. The only reason I give it a good and not great is that I think the masseuse could have paid more attention to the problem areas, perhaps start with a consultation before they start the massage and allowing for a break in between treatments.

My therapist phin was amazing . Polite, friendly , warm and welcoming . Did not rush any of the treatments at all . I had 1 hour of oil massage and 1 hour Thai facial . Felt so relaxed and satisfied with the treatment. Skin felt younger fresh and glowy. Even the staff at reception was very friendly . Great customer service . Thank you Thy Spa Windsor and the amazing staff :)

One of the top therapists in the spa. I see Ruth regularly and saw her during most of my pregnancy, which helped me tremendously with back pain and water retention . She is very attentive, warm person , skilled and professional.

My treatments with Phin were lovely - body scrub, oil massage and facial with head massage. Perfect balance of accupressure, stretching and relaxing massage. Only negative was the music. Other than that I highly recommend.

A really wonderful and welcoming experience. The ambience is calm and relaxing with friendly staff who greet you kindly and look after you during your massage. I have been coming to Thy Spa Windsor for the past 3 years and I am so happy I found this place. The entire staff is terrific and you simply can't get a bad massage here. I have high standards and everyone I have seen to include, Ms. May, Ms. Ruth, Mr. Tao and in the past 6 months Ms. Annie have all been terrific. A big thank you to you all. My experience was amazing , I absolutely loved the decor of the place, and how pretty and stunning the place looked , spa had facilities wear u can sit in the lounge area and have tea and sweets , what I loved about this place was the lady who did my treatment could feel the area in my body which needed extra care , and didn’t stop until the tension and gone away , which I loved , the was polite and caring , I’m definitely going to come back , thank you for the lovely experience.

UNBELIEVABLE AS ALWAYS!!! My partner was taken of by Ms. MOOK and myself MS. YIM and honestly they both really hit all the right spots. We haven't been for a few months so this was really needed. From start to finish both masseuses took such great care of us and ensured we had the right pressure for all points of the body. Always appreciate it when they give advice on aftercare too. OH MY GOODNESS! I haven't felt this relieved physically and mentally for some time. My partner and I usually go to Thy Windsor Massage every 2 - 4 weeks but recently work has been hectic. Decided to treat myself after 8 weeks of no massage and booked one of our favourite masseuse Ms. Ruth. She really took her time as always to check in with me and any issues I may have currently. My Tao is always welcoming friendly and professional. He is an expert in his field and I always find his treatment beneficial and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Thy Spa. The treatments are quite expensive but well worth it as they are far superior to treatments I have had elsewhere.

Such a lovely welcome, we felt very comfortable for our 3 hour spa session. The treatments were a delight and my daughter loved her birthday present of being pampered.
