I have had the microneedling facial with Renata 3 times now and get great results. At 34 I’m reluctant to put anything into my skin and this is a great way of smoothing it and keeping it looking fresh. Lots of my friends comment on how lovely my skin looks afterwards. Always well looked after by Renata- thank you 😊

Swati is incredible. Very personable and friendly. This was my first-ever wax, and I was nervous, but it all faded away quickly. Swati has a great manner, and I will be coming back to see her again soon! No regrets!

I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

From the minute you walk in the service is everything you could ask for. Lauren was so gentle with my mum and so caring. My mum doesn’t speak English and I was translating, Lauren really took her time and was very patient with us both. She also was very accommodating from the minute we walked in, like the little things turning the AC on so we were cooler as it’s 30 degrees out today. She made us feel very welcome and my anxious mum was no longer anxious. She felt safe in Lauren’s hands and that is what we all want to feel. Definitely be coming back for future treatments for my mum and myself

Had a lovely facial with Rachel this morning. She gave me lots of great advice. Was really careful & cautious with treatments, I felt safe in her hands. She also was really reasonable & wasn't trying 2 push any further treatments etc. It was refreshing to see someone who isn't a money grabber & who genuinely cares for her clients. I'll be back & recommending her to others.

From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing—exactly what I needed. The products used were amazing; they felt luxurious and left my skin feeling so pampered. By the end of the session, my skin was noticeably plump, hydrated, and glowing. It was clear Brooke knows her stuff—her attention to detail and calming approach made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be booking again.

I booked a facial and back massage. I went away feeling 10 years younger and so relaxed. Renata understood I needed to relax and the whole experience was absolutely calming, relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend Renata for a pampering day. Looking forward to booking a full body massage next.

Had the most amazing Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage at Quality Touch today. Rachel put so much care and attention into every limb and the stomach massage was like nothing I’ve ever had before. She even took extra care with my shoulders because she could feel I was tense. Can’t wait to book back in again!
