I had the most amazing experience with Daiva at Skin Loft! Her facial massage was incredible; I honestly left looking years younger, with brighter skin and feeling completely refreshed, just in time for the new academic year. The end of the holidays can feel a little depressing, but her magic hands truly lifted me. This hidden gem in Kensington Olympia deserves so much more recognition. Daiva is not only highly skilled but also a local mum, and I think it’s so important we support small local businesses like hers. I would highly, highly recommend booking a treatment - you won’t regret it!

Maya is truly amazing at what she does. Each time she does my lashes, they look so natural. No matter the length I choose to do. She’s really good at what she does and will always make sure you leave with beautiful lashes. I won’t even go to anyone in America to do my lashes, I’ll wait to come back to the UK for her to do them. She now does my mum’s lashes as well because she’s that GOOD! Thanks Maya 🩷

I gifted my best friend the Happy Equilibrium experience with Catarina as part of her bridal shower — a little treat to help ease the pre-wedding jitters — and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment you step into the shop, you feel like you’re entering a truly special space. While my friend was with Catarina, I was warmly welcomed and hosted by Charlotte, who was just lovely and made the experience even more enjoyable. Rania is so professional and really cares for her customers. I wasn’t originally going to get anything done until Rania mentioned masseter botox. I’ve had trouble with my TMJ for years, and thought I would have to just suck it up. Rania was so patient, kind and helpful while I asked a million questions about the procedure and eventually got it done. The best decision of my life - I instantly felt the difference, the pain and my jaw click reduced significantly pretty much in days. My face has slimmed down too! Came back to get it done again as it helped me so much last time. Can only recommend!

So happy with my lashes, LaysBeautyParlour did an AMAZING job!!!! I’ve had so many lash techs not be able to do my lashes and blame it on them being “stubborn”. She was so gentle with my sensitive skin and it was just an overall lovely experience. I will 100% be going back! 🩷
