It’s really worth pampering yourself during pregnancy and Lauren makes it possible and affordable. I know I will be coming again if I can make it before my due date!

I’ve just recently booked my ten Cachi treatments at Bryn Tanant . I have had an introduction and one treatment so far . Already I can see a difference in my skin . I suffer from Roscea and I have been covering this up with thick layers of foundation. However I am already foundation free -and feel confident enough without it . Not only this but Kirsty is the best , the advice and knowledge on what products to use (aroma therapy associates and Helicare) my skin is getting its healthy youthful glow back . The facial itself is so relaxing and extremely therapeutic-get booking! Thank you ☺️

Finally back for a treat after having my little girl. I had treatments as often as possible throughout my pregnancy. So it was a must I would be back post pregnancy. In love with the new space, so tranquil! & I actually enjoyed sitting & taking in the views whilst waiting for my appointment, there was something just so calming about looking over at the Castle & having time to unwind. I could possibly say I had one of THE nicest of facials! And a well needed back massage - I’ve finally found my regular place & I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, thank you, thank you x

Would highly recommend. I went as I had back and neck ache, Lauren found all my aches and pains and some points I didn’t realise needed releases until she had worked on releasing. Feel wonderful and had the best night sleep in months! Definitely going back for monthly massages and a facial. Lauren was extremely friendly and professional, thank you. Will book soon.

Another great treatment from Lauren! I was so relaxed after my hot stone massage and facial. I slept through the night which isn’t usual for me and I was still chilled the next day. I will definitely be going back!
