The ambience was welcoming and very soothing, as was my first visit. The process of my treatment was explained to me before it was started. I enjoyed my treatment (pedicure) and Rhenea was very helpful in giving tips to care for my feet between pedicures. I will be back again.

The most relaxing experience from start to finish. I had "Harmony" from the Bali Bliss options and the services blended perfectly together. My massage was so good, I felt as if I had melted into the bed. Then came the detox facial - my skin immediately felt lighter and fresher. The foot ritual was the perfect blend of exfoliation, heat and massage to soothe tired limbs. Finished up with a heart healthy snack and a quick drink with the friends I shared the day with while the spa staff took our photos. Simply amazing and exactly what I needed.

It was good , the massage therapist was very thorough, very professional , for me, the one thing that was lacking was the total quietness and tranquil atmosphere, the background noises was very distracting making it difficult for me to relax fully..Aside from that it was okay/ good.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The environment was peaceful. A very special thank you to Akayla and Natasha. I had a wonderful experience at the Spa. She was very accommodating and professional. From the online health form to the calm and peaceful atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I even booked for my boyfriend to feel as relaxed and catered to. Will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. It was wonderful and relaxing and I would recommend their services to one and all. It's so hard to find a service that has the full package. The ladies understands customer service and the Swedish massage was divine I felt like I had an out of body experience, I then proceeded to get a pedicure and my feet wanted to stay there, it was that good and lastly I topped it off with a manicure and that just done it up. I was in addition to the soothing and relaxing facial calming music and the gentle touch of Sharina's my room was beautifully decorated with pink balloons and flowers after which I was given a glass of wine while being pampered with a pedicure the ambiance and decor was second to none.....It was simply the best...
