Karen is amazing. A true professional that quickly sets her clients at ease during (what can be) a slightly uncomfortable and rather embarrassing process. As we chaps get older, many of us get hairier in places that can cause discomfort and I am very grateful for her service, which has helped me to continue playing sports. Love this treatment! My skin has improved so much, I had a cluster of spots on my chin for months which are virtually gone now. Skin soft and make up sits much nicer. Karen is always warm and welcoming!

I have been coming back to Karen for a long time. Right from the very first time we met, she was very friendly, welcoming, accommodating and professional. I have a bit of a sensitive skin so she always uses great quality products for my treatment to make the waxing process as pain-free as possible and to help my skin with the healing process.
